To avoid unexpected effects, all change forms should be Completed, Canceled or Rejected before editing this system rule.

Unlock change form Tasks while change

Is at Originated or Submitted §

Select this when change form tasks are used only to prepare the change for routing. After a change is Routed (and beyond), tasks are locked. Returning the task to Originated or Submitted unlocks the Tasks list, and tasks can be assigned and closed.

Is not Completed or Rejected §

Select this when change form tasks are used to prepare the change for completion, and are available during most of the workflow. Tasks can be used for general dispositioning instructions where detailed instructions aren't required, or for advisory changes without an iteration on the Affected list.
