Overview

PDXpert AddIns are designed to extend PLM workflows into engineering and reporting tools. The SolidWorks AddIn is the first release in an expanding AddIns roadmap. Additional AddIns may be developed by HX3 or through a developer network based on customer interest. We are also willing to onboard and train customers who want to develop their own AddIn. Like PDXpert PLM and WebAPI, AddIns are deployed in self-hosted environments so only systems approved by your IT policies can access product data.

System Requirements and Dependencies

• PDXpert API availability in your deployment.
• Supported CAD environment for the specific AddIn (SolidWorks for the current AddIn release).
• IT-approved self-hosted access path to PDXpert services.

Licensing Terms

The AddIn is available at no charge with an active PDXpert license, and that same license includes the required API access at no additional cost. To keep delivery practical and transparent, the AddIn package does not include bundled warranty/support coverage by default, and we offer one-time activation and setup assistance for $2,000 to help your team get started quickly.
