Task Reasons
Collection Explorer ◢General group ◢Task Reasons collection
Classifies the rationale for creating a User Task, so that users can respond appropriately and tasks can be analyzed for improvement.
A Task Reasons tells why task was created.
User Tasks.
- Name
- This is the complete name for the task reason.
- Description
- This gives the task reason in more detail.
- Active: users can select
Default member of collection
Permanent member of collection - See the Managing collections: Common attributes help topic.
Keep the Task Reasons collection lean so users can easily find and select the appropriate reason for a task. Each reason should be clearly distinct from the others to make analyses easier.
User Tasks will be easier to interpret and manage with a well-defined set of task reasons.
